- Changes and modifications to the terms of Service
The technician has the right to modify the terms of service when necessary. Once the terms of service are changed, the modification content will be prompted on the important page. If the user does not agree with the modified content, the user can give up the information service of the application. If the user continues to enjoy the information service of the App, it shall be deemed to accept the change of the terms of Service. The App reserves the right to modify or interrupt the service at any time without notifying the user. The Application shall exercise the right to modify or interrupt the service without liability to users or third parties.
- User behavior
3.1 User Accounts, Passwords, and Security
Once registered, the user becomes a legitimate user of White Rhino and is given a password and account number. Meanwhile, this account and password can be used to log in to all White Rhino websites and apps. Therefore, users should take proper measures to protect their passwords and accounts. The user is fully responsible for all activities carried out using the password and account number; Any loss or damage caused by such activities shall be borne by the user and the technician shall not assume any responsibility. In case of unauthorized use of the user's password and account or any other security problem, the user can immediately notify the technician. In addition, the user shall terminate the use of the account at the end of each connection, otherwise the user may not be protected by the technician. If the user has not used the account for a long time, the technician has the right to close and cancel its contents.
3.2 Prohibited Actions during account Registration
(1) Please do not register with the real name, shop name, stage name or pen name of Party and state leaders or other celebrities;
(2) Impersonate any person or institution, or misrepresent or cause to be mistaken for a name relating to any person or institution in a false or false manner;
(3) Please do not register names similar to those of other netizens;
(4) Please do not register uncivilized, unhealthy names, or names containing discriminatory, insulting and obscene words;
(5) Please do not register names that are easy to produce ambiguity and cause misunderstanding;
3.3 Users shall not post the following illegal information and photos on the App:
(1) those who oppose the basic principles established in the Constitution;
(2) endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or destroying national unity;
(3) harming the honor and interests of the State;
- Uploaded or published content
Content uploaded by users refers to videos or other forms of content, including text, pictures, audio, etc. uploaded or published by users in technical personnel. Unless the Technical Person receives such notice, the Technical Person shall consider the User as the copyright owner of the content uploaded or published in the Application. As the publisher of the content, he/she shall be responsible for the content, and the publisher shall bear all legal and joint liabilities for any disputes arising from the content. The technician shall not bear any legal and joint liability. The Technician does not guarantee the legality, legitimacy, accuracy, completeness or quality of the content transmitted through this application. Users may come into contact with offensive, inappropriate or distasteful content when using this application. Under no circumstances shall Technology assume any liability for any Content, including but not limited to any error or flaw in any Content and any loss or damage arising therefrom. Technologist has the right (but not the obligation) to reject or delete any content provided through the Application at its sole discretion.
